Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Israeli public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options — Israel
- Israel Post (Standard): ₪70 — Free on orders over ₪500 — Delivery in 3–7 business days

International Shipping — Worldwide Delivery
We ship worldwide to all countries. International orders are shipped via DHL International.
- Shipping fee: ₪150
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days depending on destination (Production Time not included)

Delivery estimates by region:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–18 business days
- Australia & Asia: 12–21 business days
- Rest of the world: 14–21 business days

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are collected by the local customs authority.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order directly on the Israel Post or DHL website.

Personalized & Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items (such as custom tallit bags) may require an additional 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
