Standard Order Policy (Non-EU/EEA Customers)

All Sales Final: At KameArt, our pieces are handcrafted to order. Outside of European Union/EEA regulatory protections, all sales are final.

Exchanges & Store Credit: For eligible non-custom items, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition with original packaging. All return shipping costs, customs fees, and tracking responsibilities belong solely to the customer.

European Union & EEA Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Rights)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Return Window Start: The 14-day withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period begins the day the final item is delivered.

  • How to Exercise the Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement. You may do this by using the digital "Withdrawal Button / Return Portal" available on our website at https://account.kameart.co, or by emailing us at info@kameart.co.

  • Exclusions from Withdrawal: Please note that under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Because many of our Judaica and jewelry items are bespoke, all custom-made or personalized products (such as custom tallit bags with specific embroidery, custom sizing, or Hebrew lettering) are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

  • Return Shipping Responsibility (Client-Side Costs): The customer bears the direct financial cost of returning the goods. KameArt does not provide prepaid return labels or cover international shipping fees for mind-change returns or legal withdrawals. The customer is also fully responsible for the safe transit of the items until they are physically received at our facility. We strongly recommend using a registered, tracked, and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refund Timeline: If you withdraw from an eligible purchase, we will refund all payments received from you for that item (excluding custom pieces and including standard outbound delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back or you have supplied definitive evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Global Policy)

If you receive a defective item, an item damaged in transit, or an item that does not match your order, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you.

  • Timeframe: Please report the issue within 180 days of receipt.

  • Process: Contact us at info@kameart.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these specific cases, KameArt will handle the return shipping costs entirely or provide a prepaid shipping label.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

  1. Access your account via our digital portal at https://account.kameart.co or email info@kameart.co within your applicable 14-day window.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item to confirm its original condition.

  3. If your return is approved/eligible, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

  4. Arrange Shipment: Purchase a tracked international shipping label through your local carrier. You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs upfront.

  5. Once received and inspected, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
