All Sales Final
At KameArt, all pieces are handcrafted to order and all sales are final.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receipt for items in original, unworn, and unaltered condition with original packaging.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we will replace or repair it at no cost if returned within 180 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@kameart.co with photos of the issue.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items (such as custom tallit bags with embroidery or Hebrew lettering) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are made specifically for you.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Email info@kameart.co within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and photos of the item
3. We will provide return instructions and a return address
4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
